They did away with the Esrow to establish legally that the LT is done.

The remote assets are separate and why Rosen said there would be no more value to close the LT and BK> IMO The list will still be used for addtional distribution for other assets that were not part of the BK for P's K's and U's. Do hang in, it will be exciting in this the 1st Bucket.

This leaves us with the legitimate value of legacy value for P's K's and u's
