Thanks, Televet. Fantastic article that everyone should read. I had been trying to figure out the working pieces of the debt and this explains it as clearly as I am able to comprehend. The interest rates that they have been able to secure are incredible. I am very optimistic on the next 1-2 years here.

#25779 RE: Televet #25773

Thanks for posting, Televet.

It's a well laid out article which touches on the key capital structure and capital markets items I've attempted to contribute to the discussion on this board over multiple different posts. If one bothers to read my posts, you know this is true. Many people won't read what I post and accuse me of being short or a non-believer here to dissuade folks from buying the stock, which is completely untrue - I own the stock and a lot of it. Credit to this author as his writeup does do a nice job pulling much of the key capital structure focus points together in one narrative.

There is no new data in this article for me, however, since I've read SIRC's recent Q financial report disclosures in detail and I note the numbers which I believe to be material drivers for the future and indicative of Company progress (or lack thereof). And for clarity, I've bought back into the stock because of the progress I've seen in their capital structure cleansing in concert with the recent growth, while being clear about what the Company can improve upon. Dave and team deserve credit for this concerted effort, albeit it's been a bit sloppy at times. Honest and direct discussion of these type issues is important, and I won't hold back.

Putting aside the ongoing "legal matters" and botched Cornestone acquisition, which are business elements SIRC must cleanup for credibility purposes (thinking about how an institution would potentially look at this situation), I continue to have two questions which I'd like clarity from Dave and team on:

1) What's going on with the ~4.8 million common shares owed to Granite Global per their convertible obligation due this March at 35 cents?

2) How many warrants are outstanding today, what's the warrant activity since the most recent November 2021 Q report, and maybe an update on any renegotiations currently ongoing with the remaining warrant holders. This article gives us no new details on SIRC's warrants other than what the author thinks they're doing.

I apologize to the community on this board that I haven't spent more time being user friendly with my (what's intended to be) constructive criticism of SIRC. My goal is always to point out areas where the Company can improve and drive shareholder value. I'll attempt to do a better going forward. I do urge everyone here to get clear on aomething - institutional investors will be a key constituency to SIRC's stock appreciating meaningfully higher. Many will focus on the types of issues which I raise as they work through their underwriting efforts on SIRC, and there's no hiding from or avoiding the types of things they will demand from the Company to get them to commit their capital. None of what I discuss here will be a surprise or outside their perview - the sooner Dave and team begin cleaning up the sloppiness quotient and getting their financial reporting ready for prime time, the sooner I expect institutional capital will flow into this stock. Unlikely beforehand in scale. We should all get aligned around this cause of you want the share price much higher.
