The two pulled were SNRW and GVSI. Goff was resubmitted but I don’t see GVSI yet. Said it would be refilled in December. I assumed December 2021 GVSI ‘During the SEC review it was discovered that the designation of a class of pref shares issued by $GVSI's previous management is missing. On the SEC's advice, management has decided to withdraw the Form 10 and refile in December so that corrections can be made with the Nevada SOS.”
“$SRNW has withdrawn its Form 10 but will file a new one soon. This was due to some unclear transactions by previous management & the need for clarity with the share structure. While the Form 10 would have been automatically been effective, it is better to be precise with the SEC.”
