People tell me pit bulls aren't more likely to bite you than any other dogs. I usually respond that be that as it may, they sure as fuck will do more damage when they do.

Terriers in general are pretty bitey. I remember when Barney, one of George W. Bush's scotties bit a reporter. No one went to the hospital though.

One major correction: the dog, according to it's chip, was not a Pitbull, but a Staffie

Whatever kind of dog it was, it should be put down. And the owner should pay a price. File a police report, when you're feeling up to it.

Pitbulls and Staffordshires are similar. And both can nice, very social dogs. Friendly and affectionate. Unless they're badly trained by their owners.
