It means Alpharidge is 100% the custodian now.

Next event is 3/2/22.

That is a done deal.

With that, Alpharidge is no longer the custodian as the new company VeeMost moves in.

My DD tells me VeeMost is a pretty kick ass revenue generating company that was established around 2004-2006. It works with the cream of the crop in the IT space. Government contracts? I’m not 100% sure if they do…. Oh well. I’m happy for this reverse merger!
