Huh??? There are many many more hurdles ahead!!! Just doesn’t have the same filing experience dealing with the SEC for any of his companies before. Thus 2 of the 3 Form10 were pulled after he submitted them due to sec questions. He resubmitted one of them - this one. I assume that will be Ernest Sterns problem for most of it. He is George’s go to guy. George won’t be getting away with the same crap that’s pulled on the otc market filings. There is much work to do still. Much more transparency and scrutiny. But that’s why he is there right?
