CB ... I have that one. 2054. My question then is why does that not show up as an "associated case" under the main case. The main case ... if you click show associated cases on the main Vaccarro, Svorai etc case ... it will show at the top that the main case includes the associated cases 03190 and 03191 ...
If the 2054 Svorai case has been adjoined to that case ... shouldnt it show up there as an associated case?
I see that it was bound over to the grand jury but waw hoping to find some type of confirmation elsewhere of this.
They still have not indicted Svorai and added those charges. I just have a feeling either that indictment should be coming out any day ... or it is being delayed and possibly used as leverage on Svorai. I mean ... they did let him back out of jail at the same time on bond. Which is odd that theu felt he waa a flight risk in March but a couple of months later they are cool with him getting out. Seems awfully strange
