Thanks for the vote of confidence, but I don't feel beaten up at all. I know I am right because I do this for a living and I live pretty well doing what I love.

As for Sharp, I would hope he converted all his warrants and sold them as I own a substantial amount of FORW shares.

Unfortunately, he said he will hold his shares, but if he sold or leveraged any shares, it would be to be able to convert the entire number of warrants and get HMBL the added cash. I believe that Sharp is still holding his converted shares and will hold them for a very long time.

Curious…what is the actual value of a non-tradeable warrant that is out of the money?

If the market price is less than the exercise price, the warrants have no value because you could buy the shares on the market for less. Warrants acquire value only if the market price rises above the exercise price.
