Look at it this way...if the Company's revenue growth trajectory and/or capital structure begins to shift unexpectedly in the wrong direction, would you want to own this stock under the same communication/PR paradigm which IQST's management currently employs? I wouldn't. Too much rinse-repeat- recycle fluff and ambiguity to take on in OTC land for me.
For now, as long as their revenue ramp, cash levels, shares o/s, public float and restricted shares metrics remain stable, I'm comfortable taking a lot of what this Company is doing commercially on faith (ie, holding my nose) for the time being. This won't last long term, and institutional shareholders that have interest in IQST will DEMAND a significantly more mature communication framework by IQST. Hopefully their new IBank primes the pump accordingly once formerly on board. We should know one way or the other soon enough.
