You are correct the complaint was specific, and there should be no problem proving thayt they do in fact have the contracts, all I was saying is that if they prove they do have them the SEC will say ok to the company and thats all, the SEC is under no oblagation to say we were wrong or that the comapny is in compliance and correct thus ther stigma of the SEC hangs over the company, in many cases it hurts the company for a long time.
