I addressed my thoughts on what you call the "fraud by omission" part. Here's an excerpt from my original post:

Yes, the PR was vague, I actually agree with you on that. But I believe it is vague for a reason: THEY HAVEN'T AGREED ON THE FINAL TERMS OF THE ACQUISITION YET. Finally, what the PR does NOT say is that the acquisition is off the table. What it DOES say is that WeShield is PART OF OPTI'S PPE DIVISION. I do BELIEVE we are only at the tip of the iceberg as far as the BIG plans that OPTI and WeShield have.

Anyway, just my thoughts and opinions.

So the only part Roger left off of the PR are the acquisition details and that's only because they haven't been finalized yet in my opinion.

PS, I probably shouldn't but I inadvertently use the terms "merger" and "acquisition" interchangeably. There is, of course, a difference in practice between the two, but for purposes of expressing my point on this board, I did get a little "lazy" and used the terms interchangeably. My apologies.
