Sorry, how is “share dumping” spiking the price up 20%?

Most of us is that included you too? 800k according to you THAT IS. That is all the private placement shares sold before the merge? I'm confusing...Why all suddenly they dump now? Why at the last few second right at market close? Why not last year when the share trade above .30 cent?

From my count he should have run out with that last 800,000 share trade.
