“Value is in the eye of the buyer. I personally would value such a warrant at .03 at this particular date, but would likely be willing to pay as much.05 each.”

And if this was a publicly traded warrant then you might have that opportunity. But it’s not. As I have said repeatedly this is a non-tradeable warrant. “Potential” or “perceived” value is meaningless.

I am discussing actual value, which is all that really matters with a non-tradeable warrant.

And the actual value of a non-tradeable warrant when the pps is below the strike price is ZERO.

As for the “hypothetical”….this stock trading at $0.10 is hardly a “hypothetical with no basis reality”. When the Pref B hit…it will be very real possibility…since the cost basis of the Pref B is $0.00001 per common share.

But hey… the warrant is just as worthless at $0.19 as it is at $0.10…if the “hypothetical” is a concern.

No basis? HMBL has lost 95% of its value in 9 months (which is pretty damn impressive, even from George “TheLord” Sharps” standards!

Do me a favor and look at everyone’s response on this board. You will see most hate the stock, laugh at it or just say “we are at the bottom”. What you don’t see is any belief in revenue, new products, or any other positive note. It’s all about speculating when the dump will happen or Preferred getting dumped. That should tell you if this stock will go up.
