I haven’t looked at the transcript

Thompson was flustered when the judge called him out on any conversion saying it would dilute commons and said it in a manner that wasn’t positive about the idea
-meaning judge verbally shot it down and Thompson looked bad

I wouldn’t be surprised to see it removed soon by Thompson

Tbh I think the Collins lawsuit is going nowhere. SCOTUS deviated from standard principles when addressing remedy, and plaintiffs will have an uphill battle linking the removal provision to NWS harm.
