Bioamber doesn’t have a plant, any assets, employees or IP.

They aren’t ahead of or behind capacity. LCY may be. As a better funded private company it is solving its production problems any way it likes.

Seeing as how the agreement was written in 2015 +/- a year or two and BioAmber had "big plans" back then, doesn't seem unusual.

Back then. Didn't work out.

But they were paying royalties on everything per the paragraph cited.
