I don’t think They needed to build a facility from scratch. Common sense leads me to believe a facility near by shutdown for whatever reason and Was able to be retrofitted to be able to accomplish the task needed . That would explain the steam bill the fact that it was done internally means that no exterior mass construction would have been needed . If they are switching from petroleum to BioSuccinic there is probably a retrofit that is being done at many facilities to make the transition to accommodate Toll manufacturing around the world . I don’t know how the fermentation process works . I do know that BioAmber Sarnia was just to prove that BioSuccinic Acid can be mass produced profitabley which means the process can be mimicked . I don’t claim to know all the answers . What I do know is numbers don’t lie . The facts are there to be prove BioSuccinic Acid is being produced elsewhere and was done right under everybody’s eyes but nobody is saying from where . Lots of quiet cooperation in Sarnia .
