There is lot of wine in what we are seeping into....

We are discussing a stream to the shareholders
a) Income from Operational Verticals - WM & Advisory
b) Cash Markups on Acquisitions
c) Stock Allocation from various SPACs and their distribution and payout or reallocation
d) Retention of portion of Markup (as you may see from Worksheet that I sent earlier)and Income from Operational verticals into ITUP will bulge BV of ITUP 16.2 million shares which in turn get listed on NYSE...
