Rumble doesn't need to target those folks. They will come of their own volition. Rumble is creating a parallel communication medium that is unshackled from cancel culture. There are way more people in the world who desire freedom than tyranny. Canceling free speech such as Rumble's competitors do is a counterintuitive business model.
