However, without knowing the details of the agreement, it sounds like Joe LaStella was given the ability to utilize the Graphene Patent as he deems fit. Maybe he actually bought out the other 2 patent holder's rights.
If this is the case, then this is excellent news.
But I would not get too excited just yet.
