.....DUDE........this is all water under the bridge, imo........Guy dropped the banks suit, and the FDIC crafted the FCNCA purchase of the holdco/NOLs..................neither Guy nor the FDIC nor drew had any idea the RECOVERIES were going to be so LARGE.............JPM dropped $80mm in our laps on DAY ONE...............................the BAC money was fair..............RBS..................huge..............and LIBOR, I believe...............was over $60mm.................................

................................we had to wait 10 years to gain leverage on getting anything from the FDIC......to kill time...........we tried the BOB RICHARDS federal common law SCOTUS suit, but the FDIC wouldn't settle...................
