So... If I bought TSLA at $1000 a month ago, and the price drops to $900, are they worthless shares?
At least some of the warrants were already converted. They have value as long as the price is above zero. Thinking otherwise is absurd.
Even converting warrants at the break even point is not buying a worthless asset. In fact, it would be the same as buying on the open market without any additional fees. Further, it would help HMBL with liquidity, which in turn helps the long term value of the stock.
