To be fair, dilution has essentially not happened here. Yes over the years if you add it all up but it's minimal in the whole scheme of things, and especially in OTC. My whole problem is w lack of execution on each and every PR/project that he comes up w! W this SS can you imagine what the PPS can be if Billy actually knew how to run things?
