It wasn't a purchase of 3,000,000 shares. It was an "avg" print. Someone paid a broker to sell for them in small(er) quantities. The average of all the smaller amount of share sells came to an average of .20043 >>

I have quite a bit more than 10-20k. I just wouldn't put that much money into an OTC. ESPECIALLY this one.
