Roger has plenty of money in his pockets (courtesy of gullible investors). He has been scamming for years (Cambertire scam, Kiosk scam, Street Strider Scam, Legal Hemp Scam, Green Card Scam, etc. etc. ... and now OPTI Scam). He will often create a good story and bring in others to help the narrative (Sinensky, Rosen, Dr. Drew, Harrinton, Walter Nicholas, Robert Thompson, Dr. Gomez etc.) Shoot he even used an episode of Jay Leno's garage to pump money out of gullible investors on the Cambertime scam!! LMAO About the time he started buying houses as an investment in the previous scams, is about the same time that he disappears!
