It's about the lawsuit.
I asked Salz what this means and he texted back with this reply:
“As you may recall, we had filed a cross complaint against Robert Farias and Robert Mokhtarian who is / was a friend of Farias.
Mohktarian was the president of Tara Financial. He filed a demurrer. The preliminary order was to grant the demure, meaning that none of our causes of actions survived with respect to Robert Mokhtarian. Our attorney Chad was able to get the judge to allow us to amend the cross complaint with regard to the seventh cause of action for money had and received. We don’t have a strong case against him anyways, but we would like to get him to turn on Farias so hopefully the judge will allow that cause of action to stay so we can put some pressure on him.”
