Remember when Lucky Chief Demand claimed they owned dispensaries and names of dispensaries were never verified . Because they never existed. Remember their EEBITDA 2021 $ 50 million. Remember when….. only credibility that could be attached here in new transaction Is the PCAOB audit for all else previously was pump for insiders and non truths. Otherwise this is a shell currently being priced as a shell with inkling of hope a AUDIT will finalize and transaction announced in next of business days . Then this stock price will appreciate nicely if AUDIT announced . On weakness further seems a no brainer from here, but I have said this since .015 ish areas as well. So only optimistic part of this conversation is AUDIT and low price here of public Company where there is no stop sign or yield sign attached ..if the company was not going into finalizing their current audit transaction they would not be waisting dollars on audit and not spend dollars keeping financials current . So very positive from this stock price based on close yesterday
