“Can't help thinking it was just a clever way of "putting a sharp pebble in the CytoDyn shoe."

What if BP planted NP as CEO to sour leronlimab’s chances at approval? That seems more logical than any other conspiracy as NP did just that. Hmmm.

Learning53- I’m not having this argument anymore , everyone on this board knows what happened and why it happened. I’m starting to sound like a broken record , my apologies to those that understand as I do I’m sure it’s getting old. It strikes a nerve with me when I think of all the lives lost and the struggles we have all been through . I’m not having this fight anymore. Full speed ahead CyDy as we put the past behind us and move toward better days. Let’s get this done longs , hold your ground we don’t have much more ground to give

Where is there evidence that Amarex caused a trial to fail? They were a loyal vendor for years, NP used to tout them repeatedly in cc. Any suggestion of the CRO manipulating clinical trial data would have adisastrous effect on Cytodyn as all trials would be tossed out and they would be ruined. The only issue that is public is the CD12 trial that Cytodyn unstructed them to manipulate the p-values. FDA called them out in the FDA Statements and that was likely the impetus for the SEC/DOJ investigations of the COMPANY not Amarex.

The Amarex lawsuit did not result in any accusation of that, did not result in "damages" as so many have hyped would happen. Sidley got a surety bond for release of the clinical data that now the company can't put up.

They are down to a negotiation as to how much of the ~$12 million Amarex bill Cytodyn owes. That's it, that's all.
