I do not know what’s going on with that case, but the member who provided it stated that he or she was personally involved as a party.

This lawsuit involves a share purchase agreement dispute between Trillium and someone named Robert Wilson. He is affiliated with Kool Logistics based in California. Nothing to do with Unique Logistics. Check the links:

Kool story but Trillium is party to an Exchange Agreement filed with the SEC that has a 180 day lockout prohibition on Trillium selling one single share. Why do we keep getting this misinformation on this Board?
