"You see, in my opinion, the acquisition deal ABSOLUTELY happened, and MIKE is going to win that lawsuit. So, when Mike wins the lawsuit, Roger's offer to settle will be to turn over controlling interest in OPTI to Mike.

ABSOLUTELY NOT LMAO ...

The acquisition is off the table. They are working together but they will not become a wholly-owned subsidiary. They are now both independent companies.

It's probably about the time for Mr. Pawson to disappear .. only to pop up in another scam later (unless he finally has ripped off enough people and bought enough house to retire FILTHY rich)! Something tells me that he could have done that before ... but just like Narcos .. they just don't know when to quit. Stealing from the gullible is just a game for him.
