bid/ask and buys/sells are all over the place...yet the volume is very low...

i have no idea why someone paid 10 cents for a 9 cent stock...even if $1k isnt much to them....whats the point?...

my guess is that kim will release blockbuster news 30 min after the Russians invade Ukraine and while the stock market is dropping thousands of points...
