I can not see the purpose or benefit for a reverse split. It would take a
a split of 10,000 to 1 to bring the share price up to a fraction of a penny.
This is dead and I would guess that either Buzzy or Dan are buying or selling a few dollars worth just to keep it on it's last breath.
