It doesn't make sense to sell it there. I think the seller knew it wouldn't be bought since there is no volume, but was scaring a few sells to pick up. IMO.
Maybe they need the money, maybe they're tired of waiting, maybe it's to make others sell into their bids...
These could all be the correct answer, but you'll never know the truth.
We'll stay in this limbo of nothingness until these guys start releasing updates on their projects, hopefully it's soon and hopefully the news will have been worth waiting for!
