Well thanks for sharing what most of us have suspected is your wet dream...

And when the people run from the cities, I expect they will see a lot of road blocks at exit ramps along the way saying move on...

If not, eventually rural America will be saved in somewhat the same manner..People gotta go somewhere....I wonder if they are really going to want to share....

Well of course people will move on. But why would they settle among the 'hostiles', the people who've shown that they will fall for conspiracy theories, junk science and the blathering of a deranged sociopath of a president, that they foisted off on us, once.

As for sharing? You've read often, perhaps without comprehension, just how MUCH has been shared....redistributed federal taxes.... with low GDP states by high GDP states.

Without just a few exceptions, GA, TX, NC, the Old Confederacy and the Great Plains would be a 3rd world economy without the largesse of blue state America.

So why would we expect even a box of Ensure from people who think us climate change refugees eat babies and steal elections?

One last point. Which side of the political persuasion has been warning about the impact of climate change, to the unceasing, junk science driven, derision of the climate change deniers?

Who has wanted to actually DO something about climate change by transitioning to a lower carbon footprint, against yet more short sighted derision from the where's the global warning 'snowball makers' on the floor of the U.S. Senate?

HAVEN'T 'progressives' been warning about this shit?

Sea levels have risen about 8 inches since 1900, according to NASA, but the rate of the rise is increasing. Last year, scientists warned that the world could expect 5 to 10 feet of sea level rise before the end of the century — reshaping coastlines and forcing hundreds of millions of people around the world to leave their homes.

I wish I could agree with you, to me compromise is always the solution for something that helps move 330 million forward. Democrats always give in, I wish they fought harder, but they always come around. The new southern republican does, and will not, no discussion, that's why no republican ever works with the other side. Like Mitch McConnell will not budge, and will not work with the other side.
