James Gilbert, the CEO, was fake too.

So when the perps running AABB realized critics were on to them.....they quietly "retired" Gilbert and hired a group of stooges to play the role of AABB management. Still find it amusing they couldn't find anybody with any connection to the mining industry.

At least Gilbert didn't end up facedown in a Mexican river like the SRGE management.

Give up. We all saw it. In fact there’s a sticky about it.

Not taking sides, just pointing out that incorporating in the US is just an administrative function necessary for public corporations to take advantage of the US capital markets. Many foreign operating companies do this to get US shareholder cash. Many are US companies in name only.

I hold $SIAF (a US company), which lost several shareholder lawsuits. They figuratively gave shareholders the finger right in the financial statement notes citing that US lawsuits are not enforceable against a company operating in China.

Asia metals is not Asia broadband Inc. (AABB). AABB is an American company.

Asia metals is a Chinese company, a subsidiary.

So neither is incorporated in Mexico? Interesting.

What Mexican-incorporated company did they use to mine that imaginary Guererro gold mine?

And what Mexican incorporated company are they using to mine the mines they currently pretend to own?
