Only so many shares can be "cancelled". When you have this amount of shares in retail hands, you can't cancel those. Only way to clean up the SS is to do a reverse split.
What she should have done immediately upon the company going current was to reduce the unnecessary 30 Billion shares that she added to the AS. She hasn't done that.
I would suggest all shareholders to email her and ask her what the hell is she doing, and ask her to retire those shares.
