Ummm Ted announced Jakob is the new guy. LOL its all insiders as they'd never let the ATM outside the inner circle.

They need to move shares and some noobs buy the BS,,, new President, CEO or what ever garbage they put out. Its a serial PR machine and they turn it on and off when they want to open the ATM.
