Re the Grey Market - I've been looking for a rule that would justify an Expert Market stock being demoted to the Grey Market, which in turn would justify dropping WCVC into the Grey Market, but so far, I haven't been able to find one that would apply as long as WCVC keeps operating its restaurants, and thus avoids becoming a defunct, empty shell company.
If WCVC restaurants all close and WCVC goes bankrupt, then it would probably go Grey, but until then, it looks like it can stay on the Expert Market indefinitely; however, ironically, I think that if WCVC went bankrupt, BUT filed with Edgar, it would become Pink again (but would be WCVCQ).
I'd like to see the rule makers introduce a specific amount of time for requiring a functioning, but non-reporting Expert Market company to start reporting again, after which it would be demoted to the Grey Market.
