You may very well be correct in the share count, the way the company funds itself with the toxic sale of shares and these numbers as I stated are 3 months old. I do not know quite frankly why anyone would invest at these levels without current numbers, and at least reading the 10 Q to see for themselves, there are other companies in the sector that are beaten down that if you like this sector have better share and financial structures and when the sector pops have significant upside and liquidity at all levels, but to each his own.
