I want to know how much did Falak et al win in that 111 million euro payout on jurisdiction lawsuit as Shala Energy was mentioned? It would be nice if they won like 30 million euros for the BS that the Albania government pulled. I am tired of the stupid journalist writing sensationalism. Gets old.
There was alot of fighting among the ministry of energy and ministry of tourism fighting over approval of the new boundaries of the park due to the energy section wanting to protect existing hydro dam concessions. Maybe falak if they screwed them again they can now get another 111 million euros in a second jurisdictional lawsuit.
Nobody needs to build the optional hydro dams there as they obviously dont want renewable energy. They can go back to coal for all I care. I hope Falak goes somewhere else that is not changing the shit every 6 months.
Id take a price of a hydro dam for a broken concession contract issued by a government.
