I am in favor of medical use but the smoking seems to be a heath issue same as tobacco. If leaglized mmaybe the good is the drug carel will not be smugling as locals will begin growing it. Down side is the addictiveness can lead to harder drugs which the cartels will push. The governments are seeking ways to get more taxes to support their welfare programs and leagliztion is a big part for several of them.
