Now you are backtracking. You now admit that you have no idea what the numbers are and yet you are warning that the result will be failure. You have called this a scam in the past. You threw out discount numbers that are ridiculous.
I do know the discount based on Aegis' history and it will be less than 8%. Aegis is a buyer here. They did over three months of due diligence and they are investing in the company. Their single digit fee is their downside protection.
I have no doubt that you understand the offering process. What you don't understand AT ALL is this particular offering.
We shall see. Sunshine is a high risk/high reward play. I don't discount the risk here but I do think you are attempting to identify types of risk that don't exist for this stock.
So you don’t think Sbfm will increase the price after the uplisting? Aegis is going to sell their discounted shares to their customers so they can lose money? That’s the plan?
