I am just describing what happens when an OTC stock uses an offering to uplist to Nasdaq.

People can hope for “amazing news”…whatever that is suppose to be.

Nasdaq doesn’t work on hype like the OTC does.

And that is usually a rude awakening to legacy holders of the stock.
