I am referring to the ultimate or actual pricing of the the offering. It will be at a significant discount to the market price at the time and when the S-1 goes effective and the offering closes the price the stock is trading at will tank towards the offering price as that stock floods the market.
I think most don’t realize that.
The price they are using now in the S-1 is merely a placeholder and is the market price at the time of the amendment.
