Where is the header? Where are the signatures? Where is the link? Why are the words plaintiff and defendant have a line through them? Maybe if they looked official and legal it would be more convincing. In America you’re innocent until proven guilty, then there’s that.

Did you read the lawsuit? How can you claim it is not true? What evidence do you have to just say "nope, nuh huh" and ignore it? I am intrigued as to how you justify legal documents as untrue flippantly:
