Don’t suggest I’m misrepresenting anything

I was very clear in my comment

I do know the difference between a reverse split and a buyback and I still don’t see how they could do a buyback

I would also find it highly unlikely that any “funding” the company may receive will come without strings attached in terms of how those funds could be used

I also wonder how much dilution could occur if in fact they pull off a merger…..something doesn’t add up

HDUP Well that's simple and here it is . Kellner dumped stock and it may or may not go for acquisition. Kellner then gets a discounted note.
