Except that doesn't cover them selling shares to the lending institution and then the lender dumping their shares on the market. Technically speaking IQST did not directly dump shares into the market. They can not speak to or help what the lender does with their shares if no restrictions are in place on said shares. There has been a ton of selling pressure on ANY type of buying pressure that has again and again squashed any upward momentum for days and days. Common sense says shares are being added from some source. If this stock can be manipulated to this degree this quickly, they better start buying back their shares from the market and decrease the supply which would give less shares for the "evil" MM's to play with or we go nowhere fast.
