? Yes..they spend said cash for shares..and in turn have to sell them into the market which in turn must buy those shares for cash.

Everything in the entire market is based on inventory turns. Low turns are crap...and high turns are excellent. The effective turn percentage should always be around 15 points or lower against total share volume. That is an immediate 15 points of selling pressure before you even get out of the gate. You go higher than that..then you lose profit against this fixed price. You can also burn it to the ground and get stuck.

There is a formula for everything..and the trading days have everything to do with what is being exercised. The Company also has up to 10 trading days(business days) to issue shares after they received the cash for them.
