Almost EVERY SINGLE CEO writes a CEO letter to shareholders at the beginning of the year, laying out the goals for the year. Amazon's Jeff Bezos writes one almost every quarter. I wish Josh wouldn't just write 1. He should write one every quarter too, so he can address any complications with some goals OR ADDED goals due to accomplishing some faster than expected. Any shareholder of any company knows that those letters are extremely important for setting the tone.
