ntcv reverse split everyone out of ownership and paid them .00000000001 for their fractional share. which ment for me that i was reverse split out of 53million shares and had to pay the broker 6.9999999999 in brokerage fee for the transaction. but scottrade was nice enough to round it to 6.99 for me. (by the way if you notice NCVT has not traded since because there are now injunctions in all 50 state preventing them from conducting business. ie they were/are being sued by everyone and their sister that had invested in the company.) they have a board on this board if anyone doubts you cant be reverse split out of ownership. in the end it is going to cost ntcv atleast 1.5 mill in legal fees. now thats a company that is dead and wont come back. well 95% chance it wont.
