Ms. Hoffman is also the person responsible for the unaudited financial statements and notes contained in the Quarterly Reports for the periods ended March 31, 2021 and June 30, 2021 again assisted by Caren Currier. Ms. Hoffman in her capacity as an officer of the Issuer has certified that the financial statements to present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position, results of operations and cash flows for the periods presented, in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America, consistently applied. Intheopinionofmanagement,alladjustmentsconsiderednecessaryforfairpresentationhavebeen included in the financial statements. I believe Ms. Hoffman, with the assistance of Caren Currier, to have sufficient knowledge and understanding of financial and accounting matters to prepare these reports.
